| Q: I placed my order online, when should I receive my awesome tees? | |
| A: All orders placed online before 4PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends will also be shipped the following business day. If you chose Priority, you should recieve it anwhere from 2-3 business days for anywhere within the US and Canada. If you chose Express, you should receive your tees in 1 business day. These estimated delivery times are estimates provided by the United States Postal Service(USPS), and once I drop off your order it is in their hands. | |

| A: I understand your disorder, I often stay up late on certain nights thinking about the same thing. To expedite your itch, I will email you a tracking number to the email you provided with all your orders. Your number can be tracked through the United States Postal Service (USPS) website. A link will be provided in that email. | |

| Q: I want to know what Brown can do for me, but you only use USPS, why don't you offer other shipping services? | |
| A: Uh, I don't know what Brown can do for you, but I do know what it can't: send orders to P.O. Boxes. Due to this one fact, Quirk Dog has decided to stick with the good ol' USPS as it's sole provider of delivery services. | |

| Q: You seem to be balling on shipping charges, how do you calculate the shipping costs? | |
| A: Unlike some sites, Quirk Dog finds it wrong to charge it's customers a handling fee for their orders. Therefore, we only charge our customers what the USPS charges for shipping. We believe that handling your package should be a free service, since you are already paying for the product. The shipping costs you receive upon checkout is directly connected to the USPS server for calculation. | |

| Returns and refunds | |
| Q: Your shirts weren't for me, what is your return policy? | |
A: I am really sorry that you were dissatisfied with the tee(s), as long as it is unworn (other than trying it on obviously), unstained, and unwashed, you are entitled to a full refund of the shirt, minus any shipping charges. Shirts that have been in close proximity to kimichi, Indian restaurants, stinky tofu, your smelly friends, or held closely under your arms will also not be elgible for refunds (just kidding, kind of). Anyways, please send all returns to the following address and have it postmarked within 14 calendar days of your online purchase. Please also provide the order number with your return. This number can be the actual invoice that came with your package, or written on a small sheet of paper, napkin, anywhere except on the shirt. Send all returns to: |

| Q: I'm hungry and I need my money now, how long will it take for me to get my refund? | |
| A: Wow, that is a sign of a true fan, but please put your health before the purchase of a t-shirt. How else will my company survive? After I receive your t-shirt(s), you should receive a credit on your credit card within 5 business days (unless stated otherwise by your credit card) and within 2 business days if you made your purchase through your PayPal account. | |

| A: You should be careful ordering things that don't exist, except from Quirk Dog of course. Pre-orders are offered whenever new designs are approved and ready for launch. There is no regular timing in other words, just whenever we think a new design is good enough for you to be released. | |

| A: Whoa there, gypsies? We are hardly that good, but pre-ordering has 2 great advantages to the "dumb dumbs": 1) You receive a discounted price while items are on pre-order status and 2) You don't have to worry about getting an 'Sorry, out of stock' email from us. Popular shirts tend to run out extremely fast, so make sure you pre-order as early as possible to ensure you get the shirt you want at a price you don't mind spending. | |

| A: My sister is exactly the same way. She has so much orange juice locked up in a freezer in her basement. But to answer your question, check the homepage for sales and promotions. To make sure you are up to date on all the sales and promotions, submit your email to us on the bottom of the homepage. Those that join our mailing list receive coupon codes periodically. | |

| A: Well your friend of a friend that had heard it from his baby's momma has heard the correct thing. By adding your email address to our mailing list, you will receive exclusive coupon codes and discounts. Your email address is safe with Quirk Dog, we never sell any of your information to third parties. Quirk Dog also sends out business cards with promotional codes that are also redeemable on this site. But just as a reward for reading this far into my FIBER (aka FAQ on other sites), here's a promotion code you can use right now: 'quirk10'. | Behind the designs and the designer: | |
| Q: Your shirts are random, where do you get your ideas from? | |
A: Well before becoming a t-shirt designer, I was a more traditional artist (painting, sculpting, body art, etc...). I guess the fumes really got to me, and I would get these weird ideas in the most unexpected places. Eventually I would run a few across some of my friends, and have the audacity to print them on some tees. So where do my ideas come from? My designs are a tangled up spider web of connectivity through my life experiences thus far. I would like to thank my family and friends, time in front of the television, trips to the zoo, dreams, day dreams, toilet seats, showers, etc... for all the unique experiences up to this point and in the future. |

| Q: I've already bought all your shirts, even the ones that don't fit me, when will new designs become available? | |
| A: That's a bit obsessive, but thanks. Since there is no time table for creativity, Quirk Dog does not have a specific deadline for the release of new designs. Rather than simply producing trash to quickly sell like many artists in the music industry, I obsess over each design until a quality design is produced. Once again, just join our mailing list from the homepage and you will always be up to date with all happenings. You won't get SPAMmed. | |

| A: I'm glad that you are that confident in yourself, confidence is priceless. However, our designs will remain gender specific until there is enough demand for a certain design to be printed for both genders. So to answer your question, you will have to wait for other guys to request a men's panda shirt, good luck.
